About this event
GRAMMY-nominated soloist Christina Day Martinson performs Heinrich Biber's The Mystery Sonatas, a virtuosic tour de force of the Baroque. Rarely presented as a complete set – and performed here on Baroque violins – the sonatas depict each of the mysteries of the rosary. Featuring Michael Unterman on baroque cello, Michael Leopold on theorbo and baroque guitar, and Music Director Martin Pearlman on harpsichord and organ.
